I’m confused. In the description it says dome lights, but he doesn’t mentioned that. Insteadn he mentions parking lights. Are they the same? When do you use the parking/dome lights? When you park? But that’s not right. And when do you use the high beam lights?

in our car you push away the lever for high beams and pull it back toward you to torn them off. also, the regular light are on a knob to the left of the steering wheel.
