This van is great for backseat orgies and devil worshippers. Lord Satan designed those removable seats himself to erase a whole generation of backseat riders looking for a bargain.

GM and Ford saying “the market isn’t worth it for vans” tells you a lot about them. After all, it’s not Kia that’s going out of business. No one wants what Ford or GM is making, so that should tell you something about their marketing strategies.

I have a 2008 Sedona and I love this van. I don’t need a van to brush my teeth or hold my blank will I blank. It has all the features I need and can use at any one time. Kia makes a great product that doesn’t require you to mortgage your house and wife to purchase. Americans are spoiled to distraction. As long as it gets me where I want to go, I am sold. Besides, the more “toys” it has, the more can go wrong.

Honda Odyssey is way better than that cheap junk!

I think Hyundai could be the one to watch for vans in the future because of the Genesis. It has a lot of new tech and features that have potential in a minivan, such as the more powerful 3. 8L, 6-speed automatic, nav, truly upmarket materials, heated and cooled seats (only minivan to offer those I believe is the 04-07 Monterey), etc.
Perhaps they’ll apply some of those things, perhaps not. Sad that GM and Ford decided to sit the minivan market out saying the market isn’t worth it.

Mercedes has done it for decades. It works well so other companies do it here and there. Yeah it’s a nice touch.

thank you SO much, this was an excellent review especially because you covered the seats being removable. this is a crucial point in minivan reviews, i have trawled youtube reviewing minivans and so far this is the only video that confirms that the seats are infact removable.
