The Maxima’s my favorite car, but I always preferred cars with high city/highway mileage.

they do not. First, it uses 2 5 engine is 3. 5 as the maxima. . probably see a hydrogen car before the other Nissan hybrids. . The whole system is a Toyota hybrid system. I was told by Nissan "higher up" that the government basically forced them to sell a hybrid of somesort Toyota engine

They have now released a hybrid Altima. Because it uses the same platform and engines as the Maxima, it is easily possible. I think that is a Nissan Altima Hybrid to view results and then make that decision.

I think they wont put it on the Maxima because it is a high end Nissan model & they want to keep the hybrid more affordable
