You can compare apples and oranges. . . . . . . Camry is a class dif'rant Camry is a full-size car. Corolla is a compact. . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I understand that, but Toyota could bring the price down so it can be more competitive that’s all. It would increase their sales as well.

The new one looks nice, but I like the old one better. The old one has a better looking interior (in my opinion) & the cloth seats don’t look & feel as high quality. I own an 06 S & it has been an awesome car so far. Bought it brand new 4 years ago. Gets me around & is super reliable.

I own a 2009 Corolla LE. . . and even if it is a solid car and is doing just what I need at this stage of my life, which is run over a long distance highway and city traffic every day, in all weather conditions, it is a good car. I do Gaga over it, or super excited to get behind the wheel. but the price and gas mileage I get, I'm happy. . . but nothing exciting driving Corolla LE, automatic transmission. Nothing at the exciting

Screw the Corolla type S or SRX, whatever happened to Toyota’s REAL sports cars such as the Celica or the Supra? Every other company kept their staple sports cars but Toyota just said ‘fuck it’.

I don’t know. . lately I’ve been looking for a new car and I went to a Toyota dealership (in Canada) and made an estimate. The Corolla I wanted wasn’t anything special, no mags, no navigation, just automatic transmission, power package and a/c, car came up over $26,000! For $2,000 more I could get a fully loaded Nissan Sentra. Maybe it’s just me, but I think the price of the Corolla could go down a bit to appeal to everyone. 26 grand for a basic car is kind of expensive.

Random. . I would not say that they are far too overpriced. If the new Corolla's are anything but old, I do not want to say that they are also underpriced. I have a 1996 Corolla has 139000 km, and it has never broken down. About 4000 km ago, I decided to change some parts. . who were still in the original, except the belt.

Corolla’s are great cars, just way too overpriced. The same for the Honda Civic too.

This car does not compete with Acura TSX. . . It competes with Honda Civic, Mazda 3, Ford Focus and Nissan Sentra

I never mentioned the corolla being manly. I just said that you are too damn cocky about a car that ain’t that tight nigga! Of course corolla s is a car for women as well. Its good you realize that you are driving a car (TL) made for women. LOL. I don’t own a corolla s and never will LOL.
October 25th, 2009 at 1:31 am
Corolla and I suppose there are more mans car. . . you guy. . . Lol
October 25th, 2009 at 2:10 am
You’re a dumb ass. . . the tsx and corolla are totally different in car class. TSX is luxurious while the corolla is a commuter. Don’t be so cocky about your TL and TSX. . . they are still made by honda and are FWD aka WOMEN CAR LOL!
October 25th, 2009 at 2:30 am
Never said the Corolla S was a great car. Just said it’s a better car than the Focus. Honda Civic always takes the crown for reliability, looks, and fuel efficiency!
October 25th, 2009 at 3:24 am
I also didn’t mention that the engine is a Mazda and the car itself made in Mexico.
Maybe something else that might interest you, the Focus we rent at our rental store has 41,000 miles with no leaks and never a problem. We also had a Corolla with 37,000 miles, yes you heard me correctly, your fantastic Corolla, the car you say is so superior had to be hauled by tow truck to the shop for a defective transaxle. Want to buy another Corolla? I know where there is one with a cheap price!
