My friend has a 2007 TOYOTA FJ CRUISER and she recently signed up for XM. However now the XM/AM button, when you push it, it only selects AM. It never turns over to XM.

She will probably have to take it to a dealer to find out what is wrong with it.

Take it back to the dealer it should be under warrenty. My friends mom has a 2009 Corolla and her buttons were acting up. She took it to the Dealer and they replaced the whole thing. They said it was defective. No charge either.
