We are trying to pull a Tent Trailer with our FJ Cruiser but for some reason the Brake lights on the trailer wont turn on. The trailer lights work on everyone elses vehicle but mine. I also had another trailer tht did work on mine a few weeks back. None of the converters worked with my car either. I’m baffled? Any Ideas?

That truck is new enough that Toyota dealershi should be able to assist with what ever relay or electrical harness is needed to run trailer running lights and turnsignals and brake lights.

Sounds like the trailer brake fuse popped. It is different from the brake light fuse under the dash, it should be under the hood with the engine controls.
