It does not go to Toyota and ask them to show what it is:> Most of the time the passenger side firewall> Car only>

All automatic transmissions (P-R-N-D-1-2) should have a dipstick. If you can’t locate it – look for a yellow (pretty typical of toyota to use yellow) T handle or in the very least – look along sides of the engine. A V8 doesnt leave much room for viewing stuff – so manufacturers tend to extend something like that so it is level with the top. Try near the firewall and – maybe it IS black – but I doubt it. Good luck. I guess the owners manual doesnt show it huh? most of those books are useless.

no it does not have a dip stick you need to take it to someone who knows toyota there is a fill plug and a overflow plug on the trans. but no dip stick

On that particular vehicle there is no dipstick. There is a fill plug and an overflow plug on the transmission itself. To fill the transmission, you must use the Toyota manufacturer’s automatic transmission fluid and have the vehicle on a flat, level surface. Remove the overflow plug and place a drain pan under it to catch any excess that runs out. Remove the fill plug, and fill the transmission with approved fluid until it begins to run out of the overflow hole. Wait until the excess has finished draining out, then reinstall the overflow and fill plugs and you’re all set.

You should be able to see the whole front of the transmission and find the check connector, I think it is a 8 mm Allen, bu TIT has for many years. with the engine running and warm, and the level of the pull the plug out. if it dribbles, you're ok, if it is leaking, the transfer is finished completely. if nothing comes out, you're either not warm enough or the transmission is low.

Think it is just a matter of… well look how long it took Shawn Colvin to reach the level that she has. Believe me, that girl has done everything except stand behind the cash register at Tower and take the money.
